Rodney: As a talented and successful music teacher and musician, Rodney holds a diploma in music which enhances and complements pedagogically his natural auto-didactic musical talents. Rodney has a passion for music education and performance, Rodney has inspired students through his knowledge and skills. Rodney has taught many musicians who are now performing. Rodney's innovative teaching methods and musical talents create a dynamic and engaging learning environment, fostering a love for music in all his students. Rodney's professional commitment to excellence and creativity shines through in both his teaching and professional musical endeavours, making him a respected figure in the music community throughout Ireland.

Claire: A dedicated singer and primary school teacher, brings her passion for music and education together to create a nurturing environment for all students, especially those with additional needs. Her experience and commitment to working with children of diverse abilities make her a compassionate and effective educator. Alongside her teaching role, Claire has delved into the world of vocal studies and musical theatre, studying to Grade 5 which enhances her skills and brings a vibrant mix of performance and education to her students. With her blend of musical talent, teaching expertise, and a heart for inclusivity, Claire is a beacon of inspiration in the classroom and on the stage.

Introducing Rodney Deery School of Music (est.2014). A place where musical dreams come to life! Our school offers a diverse range of lessons in piano, saxophone, clarinet, and vocals. We provide a well-rounded musical education for students 4+. What sets us apart is our innovative padelogical approach - we integrate fun and creativity of hands on materials into our beginner lessons especially. We also host a monthly Lego club for our students to explore their building talents. Additionally, during school holidays, we offer a variety of engaging, creative camps. At Rodney Deery Music, inclusivity is key, and we are proud to offer specialised lessons for children with Autism, ensuring that every aspiring musician has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive and nurturing environment.
